I started my real estate experience in West Palm Beach Florida working in commercial development. I moved back to Texas where I was born and raised and started in 1986 with Greater Houston Real Estate Company. In 1991 I went back into real estate working new homes sales in the 1960 area. In 1992 I started working the Lake Conroe area managing developments. In 1994 I started working with one of the most successful developers on Lake Conroe, Steve Bowen, and continued for 16 years. My experience has mostly been new home and land sales. I sell property by educating the buyers and helping them make an educated decision not a decision based on emotion.
